By accessing and using MoriTempo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any terms, please discontinue use of our services.
MoriTempo provides a marketplace platform connecting travelers with long-term accommodation options in Japan, including furnished homes, coworking access, and cultural experiences for stays of 3-12 weeks.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining account security and activities under your account.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in Japanese Yen and may be subject to taxes and fees. Booking confirmations may constitute an agreement between you and the property owner.
Cancellation policies vary by property and are stated during booking. Refunds are processed according to the specific cancellation policy applicable to your reservation. Processing may take 5-10 business days.
We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods. Payment information is processed through third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge applicable fees and taxes.
Users should comply with applicable laws, respect property rules, treat hosts and neighbors with courtesy, and use services for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include illegal conduct, property damage, and misrepresentation.
Property owners should provide accurate listings, maintain property standards, comply with local regulations, and respond to guest communications. Properties should meet reasonable safety and cleanliness standards.
MoriTempo may charge service fees and commissions as disclosed during booking. Fees are generally non-refundable except as specifically provided in our cancellation policies.
Content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by MoriTempo or licensed to us. Users should not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
MoriTempo's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Disputes may be resolved through arbitration in Tokyo, Japan, under Japanese law. Users may waive rights to class action lawsuits and agree to individual arbitration proceedings.
We may not be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activities, or other reasons at our discretion. Users may terminate accounts at any time with appropriate notice.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes may be communicated through email or website notices. Continued use may constitute acceptance of modified terms.
